Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Living Space Finds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 60 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Some items, such as perishable goods, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods
