Yes, we offer free standard shipping on most items. For certain products that require additional shipping fees, the costs will be clearly indicated in the product description.
Delivery times vary depending on the warehouse location: U.S. Warehouse: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. China Warehouse: Estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days.
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the courier’s website for real-time updates.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet our return criteria. Please see our Return Policy for details.
